Friday night in Atlanta

What better way to spend a Friday night than making some new bunnie friends and hitting the town in a hopping bunnie pack?!

Our numbers were small, but our spirits were big and we sure did manage to turn more than a few heads and get some good laughs as we hit the Little Five neighborhood in Atlanta.

hooray for bunnies

In our Easter Bunnie best we hopped along the cozy artist neighborhood and enjoyed the laughs, looks, and jokes yelled from passing cars, the best we heard – Why does the Easter Bunnie hide his eggs? Because he doesn’t want anyone to know he was having an affair with a chicken! Winding our way through the Friday night crowds, we passed out eggs and carrots to the curious and ended our evening dancing away to the tunes of a local DJ.

Imagine our stunned surprise when at the end of the night big, fluffy snow flakes started to drop from the sky. “It’s SPRING! The cherry trees have already bloomed and the blossoms blown away” James declared as we all ran outside to revel in the short but sweet display mother nature was putting on for us. It was fun while it lasted and was a good reminder to stay warm and get ready for a long Saturday of learning to weld and working on the Quadrapass project with Charlie Smith and Jamie Ladet.
