Cue the Pink Floyd…

eclipse

In case you hadn’t heard, there’s going to be a complete lunar eclipse the night of a full moon on the playa this year. Yes, a complete lunar eclipse. At night. On the playa. Hoo boy, this should be fun.

From Mike with the BLM: “It should start about 1:00 to 12:00 PM on the 27th and end about 3:AM on the 28th. We will be able to see the entire eclipse at the Burning Man event. This will be the first ever total lunar eclipse at the event.

Here is a link to a site that explains the timing of the total lunar eclipse.”

And if the cloud bursts, thunder in your ear
You shout and no one seems to hear.
And if the band you’re in starts playing different tunes
I’ll see you on the dark side of the moon….
