If I had an intern, or a ghost writer, or even another fifteen minutes, this space would be occupied by poignant observations, a vague reference towards the weather, a witty quip about Burners and their general resilience to adversity, and finish with a snarky zinger. But…it’s sunset, the light is great, I’m going out to shoot, so let’s get down to it!
The Man
Embrace, by the Pier Group
The Temple of Grace, by David Best
And last but not least, El Pulpo Mechanico…
Stuff is exploding outside, gotta go. More either late tonight, or early tomorrow.
Fantastic shots

Burning Man
An Acrostic
Basically a temporary
Utopia for artists,
Radicals for brief liberty,
Nudists, and, of course, voyeurs,
In zones of creativity,
Never far from the dust storms.
Gone soon is the music, dancing,
Man himself will end in fire:
Another year planning, building,
Never ceasing to go higher.

This is amazing! I am looking into going for my first time next year. I have been on a self-discovery/self-realization journey for the past few years and I sense that the Burning Man experience will only add to that. Thank you for sharing and for the inspiration.
