This is amazing.
For the second year in a row BMIR station manager J Kanizzle and Jex of Subatomica have been taking field recordings of every live sound at Burning Man – from wind and bikes to construction, conversation, and live music – and putting them together into an “audible journey” through the past year’s Black Rock City.
Then they give it give it away as a free download.
Check. It. Out. It’s riveting.
(And yeah, that is my voice, now that you mention it. These bastards catch EVERYTHING.)
THANK YOU JOSH AND JEX!
Amazing issues here. I am very satisfied to peer your article.
Thank you so much and I’m having a look forward to contact
you. Will you please drop me a mail?

This is the post I’ve been waiting for.
Burning Man is a lot of different things to a lot of different people. To me, it’s about the art. It always has been.
I don’t care about plug and play camps and EDM music and if there are bro’s or techies or sparkle ponies… I don’t get caught up in the politics or the debates. I do, however, follow the 10 principles religiously.
For me, $380 a ticket is well worth the infrastructure that enables me to spend 7 days immersing self and experiencing mind blowing art of all kinds that inspires me and infuses me all year long.
I know people who spend more than that one one night out or on one concert.
That’s my story. I can’t wait to be home.

Fascinating & informative post, thx much.
50 yrs old, this will be my first burn. You can read so much about this event and come away with a million “takes”. But at the end of the day, experiencing your comment , mytwocents, is what I look forward to the most.

I also had a wax treatment, but with my eyerbows. It was painful at first, but after a few minutes I could finally handle it. It was definitely worth it and I might try it again later! I love all your comics and I look forward to reading another.
