Bummed me out the live streaming video cut out for about 30 minutes, thus missing the man falling. At least the fireworks and initial fire made it through. :(
Can someone explain why the Man’s arms are raised pre-burn, but then somehow get lowered during the burn? Is there a metaphorical reason, or is it fire safety (I note that fireworks shot out of his arms pre-burn, but I don’t know if this is always done–it was my 1st burn).
Fantastic. Looks like everyone got what they paid for.

I’m floating out in the middle of the ocean and all this fire looks warm and comforting, like home. Thank you for sharing with the rest of the world.

The lives stream was cut out on purpose. If you want to see the Man fall, you have to buy a ticket.

Man raises arms to symbolically signal readiness to be burned. Arms fall later because fire has consumed the structures keeping the arms elevated.
