Peter Hamilton, here! John, first I wish to say what a pleasure it was to finally meet you after 14 years of back and forth comments on your Pink Heart YouTube channel, and meeting Lisa was the icing on the cake. She is absolutely everything you say she is….and then some!
But the reason I am commenting on this journal page is because I had the great pleasure to be close friends with, now, the current captain of the KaTuna, Eric Peterson! I became something of a second mate because I was the self-appointed photographer for four separate voyages this last Burn (2024). And because I had seen the documentary by Mark day from a number of years ago in regards to the first dayburn ever in which tribute was paid to the original Captain Fisherman of Tuna Camp, but it is your bm/journal post where I wish to share both my gratitude and sadness for all that is related to the art car: KaTuna and those who presently and have formerly manned the helm of the fine vessel over the dust that is Burning Man! HUZZAH!
