    Awsm.

IMHO, it’s important for all of BMOG to recognize upfront that must *not* be a built-to-burn-out, hero/martyr position. A qualified hire would presumably attune the BMOG to a more operationally-focussed org resulting in many desirable and undesirable, expected and unexpected outcomes.

So be it. Buck up and give the director the power to affect change. Growth is hard, but inevitable for Burning Man, as history demonstrates. You regret things you don’t do — not those things you do, er, do. :)
